Meet Farhood, our dynamic MMA and striking coach at the gym. With over 20 years of martial arts experience, Farhood brings a high-energy, results-based coaching style to each session. He holds a 2nd-degree karate black belt and a blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and is a celebrated two-division MMA champion with 7 wins, including 4 KOs. Join Farhood's classes for an inspiring and effective training experience that pushes you to reach your peak!

Meet Ali, a highly skilled coach specialising in jujitsu and MMA at our gym. Ali, a purple belt in jujitsu and national jujitsu champion, brings close to a decade of combat training experience to his coaching. Known as an undefeated MMA prospect, his coaching style is meticulously technical, focusing on precision and effectiveness.
